Post Natal Yoga

Enjoy gentle postnatal yoga to help your body recover, release tension, and rebuild strength — all while connecting with your baby in a calm, supportive environment.

No previous yoga experience is needed — just come as you are.

Every mum & baby yoga class is designed to ease you back into your postpartum body, provides the opportunity bond with your baby, and meet other mums in the community. This is a safe, inclusive space whether you’re basking in the baby bubble or struggling with newborn nights, I’m here to support you and welcome you into a cocoon of you-time.

If your baby needs to feed, be changed, be cuddled, or nap during the class, that’s normal! Babies have their own schedules and we will work around them.

Suitable from your doctor’s sign off (typically 6-12 weeks dependent on your birth experience). I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move in – pyjamas included if getting out of the house is a struggle!

Each class gives you time to build connections with each other, reconnect with your body (which just did an amazing thing!), and rebuild your strength to keep those postpartum aches and pains at bay. We also explore breathing practices for staying calm and grounded when surrounded by chaos, overstimulated, and sleep deprived.
