Join me at the Clanfield Centre every Thursday for Slow Flow Yoga or Mum & Baby Yoga.
Whichever class you join, we begin with mindful breathing practices (pranayama), developing through gentle movements (asana) with varying levels to suit all needs and experiences, finishing the session with deep relaxation and meditation (dhyana).
Everybody is unique and you are encouraged to take the pose that suits your body on the day, without judgement or comparison.
Postnatal yoga can help rebuild your core strength, ease some of the postpartum aches, and create community with other mums in the area.
With free parking at the Clanfield Centre, and just off the A3, getting to class is easy. Bring your own mat (some are available to borrow if you’re new to mat-based classes), water, and wear comfy clothes you can move in.
Classes can be purchased individually or a grab a discount by purchasing a block of 6 to use over 2 months.
