Whether you’re new to yoga or prefer smaller classes with a teacher who can see and adapt to every student in the room, Slow Flow yoga in this beautiful studio space is perfect for you.
Each class begins with mindful breathing practices (pranayama), developing through gentle movements (asana) with varying levels to suit all needs and experiences, finishing the session with deep relaxation and meditation (dhyana).
Each pose is an invitation to explore without judgement – you are encouraged to choose a rest posture or adapt to suit your body.
With a town-centre location, the studio is easy to access on foot with various car parks in close proximity.
