Whether you’re a complete beginner, or returning to yoga after a break, or simply seeking a slower, more mindful pace, this is suitable for all levels of experience.
Throughout each class we move through breathing practices (pranayama), gentle movements (asanas), building each movement to a gentle, mindful flow before coming to rest in savasana for guided meditation (dhyana). Each pose is an invitation to explore your physical capabilities without judgement if you choose to take a rest posture or adapt to suit your body.
